mr.fix® was awarded the "Active Foreign   Company" award by SME

It is a wonderful initiative for the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (SMEDA) to dedicate its fifth anniversary to the presentation of the “Dayag” award for small and medium businesses. This was stated by the Minister of Economy Mikayil Jabbarov during his speech at the event dedicated to the presentation of this award.

The Minister congratulated the employees of the Agency and entrepreneurs on the 5th anniversary of the launch of SMEDA.

The attention and care shown by the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev to the development of entrepreneurship, especially small and medium businesses, is also reflected in the support tools used. It was noted that SMEs provide flexibility and stability in the country's economy, employment, and make a significant contribution to economic diversification. Touching upon the active participation of entrepreneurs in economic development, especially in the reintegration of our liberated territories, the Minister drew attention to the fact that entrepreneurs are currently successfully operating in Karabakh. The effective operation of industrial parks and other enterprises established in Agdam and Jabrayil is an example of this. It is highly commendable that entrepreneurs demonstrate patriotism and social responsibility in these processes, along with business interests, and have a vision focused on a successful future. In 2023, many new projects will be implemented in our liberated territories, which will ensure widespread settlement in Karabakh.

Speaking at the event, Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan, Head of the Department of Economic Issues and Innovative Development Policy of the Presidential Administration, Shahmar Movsumov, noted the special role of the private sector in the development of the country's economy, and that the development of entrepreneurship is one of the priority areas of the socio-economic development strategy implemented under the leadership of the head of state. It was noted that entrepreneurs who add value to the country's economy are highly appreciated by the state.

At this award ceremony, mr.fix® was awarded the "Active Foreign Company" category of the year, and the award was presented by the Ambassador of the Republic of Turkey to Baku, Mr. Cahit Bağcı.
